摘要:
基于供应链网状结构模型,提出了该模型的多级库存控制问题.引入前置时间和订单执行率等参量,分析了供应链上各节点企业发生的订货费、存贮费和运输费.在假定需求函数和前置时间函数是随机分布的前提下,研究了在保证供应链上各企业一定订单执行率的条件下,确定最佳订货批量和订货临界点的方法,使供应链上总的库存费用最低; 并以三级库存模型为例,给出了一种验证模型的方法.该模型能完整地表示多级库存系统中各实体之间的活动和相互关系,有效降低供应链上的库存成本,增强供应链的协调性.
Abstract:
The proposed model is developed to determine the reorder point and the order quantity for each inventory in the supply chain, under stochastic demand and lead-time conditions, subject to customer service constrains. The decisions in the model were made through a comprehensive distribution-based cost framework that includes the inventory, transportation and transit components of the supply chain. Finally, an example based on three-echelon inventory system was presented to verify the usefulness of the approach. The model integrally describes the relationships between the entities in the multi-echelon inventory system, and can efficiently increase the coordination of the supply chain.
