摘要:
通过添加Na2H2Y碱法制备了α-FeOOH.测量了反应速度并用SEM观察了α-FeOOH颗粒的形貌.结果表明该反应对Fe2+是零级反应,加入添加剂Na2H2Y后反应速度常数k增大.电镜观察发现Na2H2Y有抑制α-FeOOH晶体产生枝晶的作用.当碱比R=3.0,CNa2H2Y=0.8 mmol·L-1时制备的晶体最佳,用它生产的γ-Fe2O3磁粉性能优良.分析实验结果认为Fe2+的氧化反应发生在凝聚体[Fe(OH)2]m表面从而使反应对Fe2+成零级; 溶液中螯合物FeY的氧化反应改变了反应速度常数,而且因为它发生在α-FeOOH晶体的弯曲界面区域,从而减少了晶体的缺陷.
Abstract:
α-FeOOH was prepared by alkaline method with additive Na2H2Y. Reaction rate was measured and the particle morphology was characterized by SEM. The results show that the reaction is zero order for Fe2+,and the rate constant k increases with the addition of Na2H2Y. By SEM it was found that additive Na2H2Y can decrease crystal defect and α-FeOOH with high grade can be obtained when R=3.0 and CNa2H2Y=0.8 mmol·L-1. α-FeOOH made by this process can be used to produce better γ-Fe2O3. Based on the experimental results it is suggested that the oxidation of Fe2+ occurs on the surface of [Fe(OH)2]m which causes zero order reaction,and the oxidation reaction of complex FeY in solution changes the reaction rate constant and decreases crystal defect since the reaction occurs on the irregularity curve interface of α-FeOOH crystal.
