摘要:
在综合分析网络化制造模式对计算机数控系统功能需求的基础上,从框架体系结构和技术体系结构等不同的方面详细地研究了满足网络化制造要求的数控系统——WEB_CNC系统的体系结构,同时对建立这一体系结构所涉及的基于WEB的浏览器/服务器处理技术、DCOM/CORBA技术、ASP/ADO技术、XML技术等网络支撑技术进行了研究.在此基础上,研究了WEB_CNC系统的实现方法,包括采用基于Browser/Server结构实现数控系统远程服务和信息共享功能,满足系统的非实时性要求; 采用基于DCOM/CORBA分布组件技术实现数控系统的远程监控功能,满足系统的实时性要求.最后建立了满足网络化制造要求的WEB_CNC系统的功能模型,为WEB_CNC系统的实现奠定了基础.
Abstract:
Based on analyzing the function need of CNC system for networked manufacturing environment, the WEB_CNC system structure is studied from different aspects of framework structure and technology system structure. And the application of WEB_based browser/server technology, DOCM/CORBA technology, ASP/ADO technology and XML technology are also studied in this paper. With these technology, the implementation method of WEB_CNC system is researched, including a browser/server based structure for implementing remote server and information sharing function suited for WEB_CNC non-real-time need, and a DOCM/CORBA technology for implementing remote monitoring function suited for WEB_CNC real-time need. Lastly, a CNC system function model for realizing WEB_CNC system is established.
