摘要:
描述了系列环形行波型、柱体弯曲振动型、新型步进型、多自由度等超声波电机的结构与工作原理,阐述了其在精密定位控制系统、汽车电器、航空航天等领域的应用前景.其中,系列环形行波型、柱体弯曲振动型、新型步进型超声波电机达到了产业化的要求.特别是直径为100 mm的行波型超声波电机堵转转矩达到2.2 N·m,并获得了国家专利,新型步进型超声波电机最大负载达到0.1 N·m.
Abstract:
The structure and operating principle of series of traveling-wave type, cylindrical bending vibration type, new stepping type and multi-degree type ultrasonic motors have been described. Their application foreground in precise register control system, car electric appliances and aerospace field etc. are represented. Among them the performance of series of traveling-wave type, cylindrical bending vibration type and new stepping type ultrasonic motors has meted the need of Industrialization. Specially the maximal torque of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor with diameter of 100 mm reaches 2.2 N·m and it obtained the national patent. The largest load of new stepping type ultrasonic motor is 0.1 N·m.
