摘要:
对有蒙皮车身侧围和无蒙皮车身侧围两种车型的模态计算得到的频率及振型的比较及两种情况下车身模型某些参数的比较,说明汽车车身蒙皮能大大提高侧围部分的抗弯刚度和抗扭刚度,对车身的质量、转动惯量也有较大的影响.因此,要提高汽车车身的有限元分析精度,就必须考虑蒙皮对汽车性能的影响.
Abstract:
The frequencies and vibration types from model analysis as well as some parameters of the car body with and without cover are compared. The results show that the cover can enhance the torsion and bend stiffness of the car body. The mass and the moment of inertia of car body are also affected by the cover. Thus, to obtain an accurate result in FEA of the car body, the effect on cover to dynamic property must be considered.
