摘要:
提出了一种磁头形状的动态优化设计方法.优化目标使磁头磁盘系统有较好的动力学特性.以磁头垂直方向的无量纲刚度系数最大作为优化模型,同时模型满足尺寸约束条件和磁头稳定飞行的性能约束条件.为了考察磁头斜台形状和预载力位置对系统动力学性能的影响,优化设计变量取磁头的斜台高度、斜台长度和预载力位置.采用复合形法对优化模型进行数值计算.优化设计结果表明,新系统有更高的磁存储密度和更好的动力学性能,同时说明预载力位置对系统动力学性能有重要影响.
Abstract:
An optimal design methodology for the configuration of taper-flat slider is proposed in order to get better dynamic performance. An optimization problem was formulated to maximize the translational stiffness, along with boundary constraints and steady state constraints. The taper length, taper height and the location of the preload were considered as design variables. The complex geometry method was utilized as the search scheme in the optimal process. Optimization results show that the new slider has better dynamic characteristics and higher recording density.It is also demonstrated that the location of the preload affects the dynamic characteristics of the system remarkably.
