摘要:
对硅灰陶粒混凝土与普通陶粒混凝土收缩徐变性能,以及二者分别在空气中和水中预应力损失进行试验研究,得出了轻骨料高强混凝土预应力损失中的钢筋种类、硅灰掺入、张拉龄期、收缩、徐变、工作环境等的影响系数.并以此为基础,根据对预应力混凝土平台罐体的有限元分析结果,进行了配筋设计.为了检验配筋设计的可靠性,在预应力配筋设计后又对罐体结构进行了考虑预应力筋的有限元分析和模型试验验证,证明了本文建议的预应力损失参数的合理性及其用于大型复杂结构预应力配筋的可靠性.
Abstract:
Based on experiment results,the formulas of the prestressing losses due to the shrinkage and creep of the haydite lightweight concrete with silica fume are proposed. The effects of the type of steel bars, the quantity of the silica fume, the length of time from pouring concrete to exerting the prestress to the steel bars and the service environment are considered in the formulas. Based on the proposed formulas and the results of the finite element analysis, the quantity and arraying of the reinforcement bars in the platform are obtained. The comparison between analysis and experimental results shows that both results are in a good agreement. This verifies that the proposed formulas are reliable.
