摘要:
大跨径钢桥面铺装是大跨径桥梁建设中的难点.本文研究环氧沥青混凝土应用于钢桥面的铺装技术,包括材料组成设计、粘结层强度、混合料材料特性和路用性能、钢板与铺装层复合梁抗疲劳性能、环氧沥青混合料生产和摊铺等方面.研究表明环氧沥青混凝土是优良的钢桥面铺装材料,研究成果首次在南京长江第二大桥上的成功应用,为我国大跨径钢桥桥面铺装提供了新的铺装类型,有广阔的应用前景.
Abstract:
The steel bridge deck paving is one of the difficulties in the construction of long-span steel bridge. The technology of application of epoxy asphalt concrete on steel bridge deck is introduced, including material composing design, strength of adhesive layer, mixture material properties and service performances, fatigue resistance performance of composite beam, production and spreading of epoxy asphalt concrete, and so on. The research shows that epoxy asphalt concrete is a good material for steel bridge deck paving. The research results was first applied successfully on Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge as paving material in China, which provides a new paving type for long-span steel bridge deck in our country. Its application prospect is extensive.
