摘要:
采用在薄板中埋入大直径空心光纤的方法进行了压缩性能的实际测试,同时在薄板中埋入形状记忆合金丝,利用其对预设拉伸在热状态下恢复记忆的功能作为特殊的施力源.使用光功率计检测空心光纤光强输出的变化量,并利用静态电阻测量仪检测复合材料本身的变化,依此来判别空心光纤承载压缩的能力.测试结果表明,空心光纤随薄板材料形变输出光功率发生明显的变化.通过实验还证实了空心光纤出现断裂时的性能变化规律.
Abstract:
Hollow-center optical fiber is embedded in a sheet of composite material in which SMA(shape memory alloy)wire is also embedded. SMA wire will recover its performance when it is heated. According to the change of material’s performance, the luminous intensity of optical fiber is also varied and inspected by the luminous intensity meter. The static resistance meter is also used to measure the transformation of the composite material. The test results show that the luminous intensity of hollow-center optical fiber changes obviously with the strain of the sheet. Finally, the performance of rupture in hollow-center optical fiber is also given.
