摘要:
提出了一种基于Web和CAN总线对数控系统进行远程监控的解决方案,分析了所采用的关键技术,包括套接字技术、ActiveX技术以及CAN总线技术.在此基础之上建立了原型系统,用户通过运行在浏览器端的虚拟控制面板——ActiveX控件即可实现向数控系统发送指令,接受数控机床的反馈信息,进而实现监视机床动作,完成零件加工的任务,为网络化制造的具体实施奠定一定的基础,实验证明该系统基本上达到了监控远程数控机床进行工作的目的.
Abstract:
A project for remote monitoring and control of computer numerical control(CNC)system based on Web and fieldbus is put forward. The key technologies used in the system are analyzed, including Socket, ActiveX and CAN bus. Based on that, the prototype system is developed. By the virtual control panel — ActiveX control run in the browser, user can send commands to and receive messages from the CNC at remote place and finish the tasks of monitor and control NC manufacturing. Some basis for concrete realization of network manufacturing is established. The experiments demonstrate that the system has achieved the expected research purpose to monitor numerically controlled machine tool at remote place.
