摘要:
为了研究加钙的泡沫铝合金的固溶时效强化效果, 研究了钙的添加对铝合金热处理后性能的影响.结果表明将钙加入到铝合金中,其铸态硬度有所降低; 在铝合金中添加钙,会改变合金元素的存在形式,形成一种新的化合物相,该化合物相在加热时不溶于铝基体; 随着钙的质量分数的增加,热处理后的硬度也逐渐降低,当钙的质量分数达到1.2%时,热处理前后的硬度无明显变化.
Abstract:
The solid solution strengthening effect of foam aluminum alloys with different calcium concentration is determined. It is found that the addition of calcium into aluminum alloys leads to a little drop of hardness of the as-cast alloy. Calcium addition may form new compound with other alloying elements in aluminum alloy, which can not be dissolved in heating. With the increase of calcium addition in the aluminum alloy, the effect of the heat treatment gradually decreases. When the content of calcium reaches 1.2%, the hardness after the heat treatment is almost the same as that of the as-cast alloy.
