摘要:
分析某压缩机组振动信号的频谱发现低频处具有较高的谱峰.考察压缩机组各转轴的频率后,分析可能激发低频振动故障的各特征频率,观察有关测点频谱图的特点,逐一排除其他原因,确定该低频项为压缩机的拍频.对实时监控系统采集、记录的实测数据进行抽样,用样本谱线综合幅值构造统计量,采用3σ规则确定了测点综合故障报警限.从信号中滤除高频成分,求得样本拍频附近谱线的综合幅值,用数理统计的方法确定了拍振故障报警限.
Abstract:
Spectrum peaks were found in the lower frequency area of the vibration signals obtained from the compressor set. By observing the frequencies of each shaft of the compressor set, sorting out the feature frequencies which may stimulate probable mal-functions of low frequency vibration, then examining the characteristics of signals’ spectrum charts and brushing away any other causes, it can be confirmed that the lower frequency is the clap-frequency of that set. Through statistic sampling and constructing the statistics with the comprehensive magnitude of spectrum, the alarm limit of comprehensive mal-functions can be determined in accordance with the 3σ rule. After filtering out the part of low frequency from the data coming from condition monitor and calculating the comprehensive magnitude of spectrum around the clap-frequency, the alarm limit of clap-frequency vibration mal-functions are determined by using statistical method.
