摘要:
概要叙述了泡沫金属材料的制备方法,着重介绍了泡沫金属材料孔结构力学行为方面的研究成果,主要讨论了微缺陷对孔结构力学性能的影响、孔失效机理、孔的几何形态对荷载作用的敏感性、变形带的形成和发展以及开孔结构的理论力学模型.并在此基础上对该研究领域的发展趋势进行了讨论和展望,展现了计算机形态分析方法和数字图像处理技术在孔结构力学性能测试方面具有广泛的应用前景.
Abstract:
The fabrication of cellular metallic materials is introduced briefly in this paper. Emphasis is placed of the studies of mechanical properties of cellular metallic materials.They are mainly concerned with influences of micro-defects to the mechanical behavior of cell-structure,analyses of cell collapse,responses of cell morphology to applied loads, experimental explanations of the origin, development of deformation bands and a theoretical model of open-cell structure of the materials.Based on the above summary,some discussions and future development trends are also presented. Finally it puts forward a computer morphologic analysis method and image processing technique that will be widely applied to testing the mechanical behavior of cell instabilization.
