摘要:
对国内城市电梯运行管理的现状进行了分析,指出基于3S(GIS,GPS和RS)技术的城市电梯管理解决方案是电梯信息化管理的必然趋势.在此基础上探讨了基于3S的城市电梯运行管理系统的设计框架、系统结构、功能模块等,并以南京市电梯管理为实例,对其进行了技术实现.实践表明集成3S技术的电梯管理系统,可以满足电梯远程监控、决策分析、事件响应、维护服务、质量评估、数据更新等时空管理的需要,且具有潜在的社会效益和经济效益.
Abstract:
This paper first analyzes the state of elevator management in China, pointing out that a resolution approach for elevator information management on the basis of 3S(GIS, GPS and RS)technology is certainly a trend. Then it explores the design sketch, system structure and model function etc., of an elevator management system based on 3S. Finally, the software system has been successfully developed and applied in practice in the elevator monitoring center of the city of Nanjing. The results showed that the 3S applied system can facilitate elevator remote monitoring, decision analysis, event transaction, maintenance, quality appraisal, database update etc., in real time and space of a city, and has great potential benefits to the society and economy.
