摘要:
介绍了125 MW机组的概况,提出在125 MW机组热力系统中增设烟气加热器的改造方案,运用等效焓降法对机组热经济性进行分析、计算,并对结果进行比较,说明该改造方案可提高电厂循环效率,还可显著降低锅炉排烟温度,有利于除尘器的运行和减少烟尘排放量.为火力发电厂技术改造提供了依据.
Abstract:
A general description of 125 MW system is introduced. A project that adds flue gas heaters to 125 MW system is proposed. Based on the equivalent enthalpy drop method, the paper prepsents a detailed calculation and analysis of the thermal cycle. The results prove the project can increase power plant circulation efficiency and greatly reduce the boiler flue gas temperature and can benefit the electrostatic precipitator’s operation and reduce the output of smoke in flue gas. It supplies the basis for power plant technological improvement.
