摘要:
主要介绍一种工作在2.4~2.5 GHz ISM频段的短距离无线通信收发信机射频前端模块.该模块由低噪声放大器(LNA)、上/下变频器、锁相环(PLL)频率合成器以及射频/中频滤波器等构成,并集成在一块97 mm×66 mm的PCB板上.文中在理论分析和仿真基础上对射频前端电路进行了设计和研制.发射通道输出信号频谱和接收通道解调信号的测试结果表明,该射频模块可应用于蓝牙或IEEE802.11b无线局域网等短距离无线通信系统.
Abstract:
This paper presents the design of an RF front-end module for a short-range wireless communication transceiver that operates in the 2.4 to 2.5 GHz ISM frequency band. The module is composed of LNA, up/down converter, PLL synthesizer and RF/IF filter. All the circuits have been integrated to one 97 mm×66 mm PCB. The design of RF front-end circuits is given on the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation. The test results that output signal spectrum of transmitting path and demodulated signal of receiving path show that the RF module can be applied for short-range wireless communication systems, such as Bluetooth or IEEE802.11b WLAN,etc.
