摘要:
试验探讨了SEBS作为沥青改性剂应用的可能性.试验证明SEBS改性沥青具有优良的基本物理性能,质量分数为4.5%SEBS改性国产青岛沥青的PI提高到0.35,软化点达到59 ℃,5 ℃延度也达到了26 cm.参照国家SBS改性沥青的技术要求,SEBS改性国产青岛沥青的性能介于I-C和I-D之间,SEBS改性壳牌沥青的性能介于I-B和I-C之间.经紫外光老化试验证明,SEBS作为改性剂可大大提高改性沥青的耐光氧老化性能,其老化后性能远高于SBS改性沥青,提高了改性沥青的使用寿命.在公路上应用,可以增加路面使用寿命,减少养护成本.
Abstract:
The possibility of SEBS applied as a modifier for asphalt was investigated in this research. The test results show that SEBS modified asphalt has good basic physical performances. PI, softening point and ductility of 4.5% SEBS modified Chinese Qingdao asphalt amount to 0.35, 59 ℃ and 26 cm. Values of SEBS modified Chinese Qingdao asphalt are between I-C and I-D, values of SEBS modified shell asphalt are between I-C and I-D according to the Chinese standard. Contrast to SBS modified asphalt by ultraviolet aging tests, SEBS has advantages such as anti-ultraviolet and aging-resistance, which could improve the service life of the modified asphalt and reduce maintenance cost of roads.
