摘要:
供应链通常由数层构成,每一层往往具有不同数目的企业进行竞争.考虑含有给定数目的单一最终产品装配商和零件加工商的两级供应链,在最终产品需求确定且上游层和下游层企业生产能力有限的条件下,通过建立模型,研究了这样的两级供应链的竞争行为,针对上游层和下游层企业生产能力的具体情况,分别给出了上游层和下游层企业产品的均衡产量,对于上游层和下游层企业生产计划的编制具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract:
A supply chain often consists of several tiers, with different numbers of firms competing at each tier. This paper studies a two-tier supply chain with the condition that the number of assembly merchants and parts fabricators of a single final product are given. Supposing that the demand function of final product is deterministic and the production capacity of upstream and downstream firms is finite, we analyze the competitive behavior in the two-tier supply chain by developing a model, and give the formula of the equilibrium output of the products of upstream and downstream firms based on the particular capacity constrains in the two-tier supply chain. These conclusions are significant for production planning of upstream and downstream firms.
