摘要:
首先对目前提出的支持移动QoS的有关方案进行了探讨,并对这些方案的技术特点进行了分析和比较.结合高性能计算机网络体系结构的研究成果,提出了一种移动互联网的层次结构模型,在此基础上对移动互联网端到端QoS保证需要解决的3个关键技术问题进行了研究.移动主机发生切换后,由移动管理协议提供快速、平滑的切换,无线资源管理保证切换后的应用连接具有足够的无线资源维持其QoS,移动QoS协议在切换后的路径上进行高效的端到端资源预留,以实现资源预留路径的快速切换.最后讨论了移动QoS未来的发展趋势和有待于进一步研究的课题.
Abstract:
Various schemes for QoS support in next generation mobile Internet are discussed, and the characteristics of each scheme are analyzed and compared. According to the research results of high performance computer network architecture, a mobile Internet framework is proposed. Based on it three key technology which are needed for mobile QoS are investigated. After mobile host handoff, mobility management protocol is used to provide fast, smooth handoff; wireless resource management ensures enough resource to maintain application’s QoS, and mobile QoS protocol provides end-to-end resource reservation efficiently on the new path to achieve fast handoff of resource reservation path. Finally, the trend of development in this field and some topics to be further studied are discussed.
