摘要:
根据电磁阻带结构的设计公式,设计了2个阻带中心频率分别为4 GHz和6 GHz的带阻滤波器,调整刻蚀单元的尺寸可以改变带阻滤波器的阻带衰减值.通过全波分析软件Ansoft Ensemble模拟分析了带阻滤波器的特性,用试验验证了模拟分析的结果.本文还应用电磁阻带结构设计了一个双工器,它采用2个电磁阻带滤波器和1个T分支级联形成三端口元件,实验表明其具有优良的特性.
Abstract:
Two band stop filters are designed using EBG(electromagnetic band gap)structure based on the design formula. The central frequencies of stop band are 4 GHz and 6 GHz respectively. The dimensions of the cell affect the attenuation of the band stop filters. The characteristics are simulated with Ansoft Ensemble and verified by experiments. A three port diplexer based on EBG band stop filters and T junction has been designed. The experimental results show that it has excellent performances.
