摘要:
为了研究参考煤质分析标准进行生物质基本性质分析所得结果的可信度,本文首先比较了我国煤质分析标准与美国材料与试验协会(ASTM)生物质分析标准,然后以灰分测定为例对8种生物质进行了对比测定,并且通过带有X-射线能谱仪的扫描电镜(X-650)对2种方法获得的灰的组成及形态进行了对比分析.结果表明:2种方法所得灰分测定结果有着较大差异,最大差值可达5%; 而且灰组成及灰形态也有较大差别.由此得出煤质分析标准并不能完全适用于生物质分析的结论,建议我国尽快研究制定出生物质分析的标准方法.
Abstract:
To test the reliability of the result acquired by the standards for coal quality analysis(CQA)used in the determination of basic property of biomass, a comparison of the standards of CQA with the standards of American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM)for biomass quality analysis is presented. The ash contents for eight different biomass are measured using the two methods respectively. At the same time, the compositions of the ash produced from the two methods are analyzed by scanning electro microanalyzer(X-650). The results show that there exists obvious difference between the ash contents acquired from the two methods and the absolute error can be up to 5%. Furthermore, the compositions and the shapes of the ash produced from the two methods differ from each other. Therefore it can be concluded that the standards of CQA are not so suitable for biomass analysis. It is suggested that standards of biomass quality analysis should be established as soon as possible in China.
