摘要:
研究了环氧型粘接剂的低温柔韧性能及其与钢板的粘接性能和剪切性能,并进行了配方调整,确定出环氧型粘接层的最佳配方; 通过研究对环氧粘接层的碎石做不同的表面处理以及岩沥青用量对缓冲层性能的影响,对钢桥面铺装组合结构的高温剪切性能做了深入的分析表征.建立了环氧树脂和橡胶沥青砂胶防水层共同构成的钢桥面铺装防水体系.
Abstract:
The flexibility of modified epoxy at low temperature is researched, and the bonding and shearing properties between modified epoxy and steel plate are researched systematically. The proper composition of modified epoxy is decided by adjusting the recipe. The high temperature shearing properties of the composite structure of bituminous pavement on steel deck are analyzed by studying the treatment method of gritting over modified bonding layer and the effect of the ratio of asphalt impregnated stone on the properties of waterproof layer. The waterproof system composed of modified epoxy and buffer layer is established.
