摘要:
在薄膜法制备工艺基础上,采用反复冻融和超声处理、并加明胶分散磁性粒子的改良方法制备纳米As2O3磁性脂质体,然后应用透射电子显微镜、能谱仪、原子荧光光谱仪和图像分析系统等对其特性进行检测.结果所得纳米As2O3磁性脂质体粒径为(190±80)nm,球形或卵球形, 有一个明显磁性核心,As2O3的包封率为53.0%.所以此改良法制备出的纳米As2O3磁性脂质体粒径较小、稳定性好和药物包封率高,有可能作为一种较理想的肿瘤靶向治疗复合载体发挥药物和磁感应加热的联合定向治疗作用.
Abstract:
Nano-magnetoliposomes were obtained by ameliorative filming method combined with freezing-melting and ultrasonic treatment, and their characteristics were studied with transmission electron microscope(TEM),image analysis system,energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and atom fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results show that the nano-magnetoliposomes prepared contain As2O3. They are spheric or elliptic particles with clear magneticcore. The diameter of the particles are(190±80)nm and the envelopment ratio of As2O3 is 53. 0%. These findings demonstrate that magnetic liposomes with As2O3 are small and stable particles with can be used as perfect complex carriers for the targeted As2O3 and radiofrequency-induced hyperthermia therapy to cancer cells.
