摘要:
测定了不同介质中新显色剂4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-邻苯二酚(PAPC)与 Cu(Ⅱ)体系的吸收光谱,结果发现混合微乳液对显色反应具有显著的增敏作用.配合物的最大吸收波长为504 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.83×104 L/(mol·cm),铜质量浓度在0~1.2 μg/cm3范围内服从朗伯-比耳定律.结合实验数据采用等摩尔连续法和平衡移动法确定了配合物的组成和不同温度下的平衡常数,并由热力学原理得到了配合反应的焓变、熵变和Gibbs自由能变等热力学性质.
Abstract:
Absorption spectrum of systems composed of new color reagent 4-(2-pyridylazo)-pyrocatechol and copper( Ⅱ )were measured in different solutions. The results show that mixing micro-emulsion has apparent sensitization effect on the color reaction. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is 504 nm. The apparent molar absorptive index is 5.83×104 L/(mol·cm). Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 1. 2 μg/cm3 Cu( Ⅱ ). According to experimental data, the components and the stable constants of coordination compounds at different temperatures are determined by employing the equal molar continuous method and the equilibrium moving method. The enthalpy, entropy and the Gibbs’ free energy of the coordination reaction are obtained based on the relationship between the stable constants and temperatures.
