Abstract:
The high-speed and high-precision numerical control(NC)lathe was investigated and the synthesized mathematics model with nonlinear friction of feed servo system was established. The influence of nonlinear friction on its dynamic characteristics was studied and the parameters of model was optimized using the genetic algorithms. The method avoid effectively local minimum problem occurring in the linear identification method and remove bad phenomena such as chopped top, dead zone and mutation, etc. The optimal results show that the trace precision was improved, and the method has high engineering values.
