摘要:
综合分析了载药纳米颗粒和血管支架各自在治疗心血管再狭窄方面的优势,提出通过实现两者集成,构造新型的纳米颗粒载药涂层支架.对研制纳米颗粒载药涂层支架所涉及的裸支架本体结构的优化设计及实验分析、载药纳米颗粒药物的选择和制作,以及载药纳米颗粒与血管支架自组装的机理和方法等进行了研究.同时提出综合应用介电泳动、毛细作用和组件的疏水性等微观作用力,实现载药纳米颗粒与血管支架自组装的方法,并给出了自组装的实现工艺图.其研究成果为最终研制纳米颗粒载药涂层支架提供了可行的方案.
Abstract:
Based on comprehensive analysis of their advantages of both drug-loading nanoparticles and stent in treating cardiovascular restenosis, this paper presents a new scenario which integrates the drug-loading nanoparticlse with stent to make newfashioned drug-loading nanoparticles coating stent. The optimal design and experiment analysis for the stent, the choice and making for nanoparticles drug, and the mechanism and method for drug-loading nanoparticles and stent self-assembly, which deal with the research and development of drug-loading nanoparticles coating stent were studied. A new method which carried out the self-assembly of drug-loading nanoparticles and stent by comprehensively applying the micro-forces such as dielectrophoretic force, capillary force, and hydrophobic force is put forward, and the self-assembly process schematic drawing is given. The aforementioned research results provide a feasible scenario for the development of drug-loading nanoparticle coating stent.
