摘要:
采用改良的乳化冷冻凝聚法制备As2O3磁性纳米微球,用能谱仪、透射电镜、原子荧光分光光度计、原子吸收分光光度计、图像分析仪和动力渗析系统等进行特性研究.结果显示所制备的As2O3磁性纳米微球近似球形,粒径为(190±50)nm,其中含As2O3(0.659 89±0.42)μg/mg,锰锌铁氧体磁性纳米粒子(69.570 27±0.36)μg/mg,缓释性好.用作微球载体的Mn0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4的居里温度为105.407 ℃,其不同浓度的磁流体在高频交变磁场下可升温至43~47 ℃并保持不变. 实验结果表明,采用改良的乳化冷冻凝聚法可以成功制备As2O3磁性纳米微球,并为载药磁性微球及磁流体热疗的研究提供了理论及实验依据.
Abstract:
Magnetic nano-microspheres containing As2O3were prepared by a modified cold-condensation method. Energy dispersive spectrometer,transmission electron microscopy(TEM), atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry,atomic absorption spectrometry, computer color magic image analysis system and dynamic dialysis system were used to characterize the product. It is shown that magnetic nano-microspheres containing As2O3 are spherical with the diameter of(190±50)nm. As2O3content is(0. 659 89±0. 42)μg/mg and Mn-Zn ferrite(69. 570 27±0. 36)μg/mg in nano-microspheres. The magnetic particles of microsphere carrier have a Tc of 105. 407 ℃. The temperature of magnetic fluids with different concentration can be raised and maintained at 43-47 ℃ under the effect of high frequency alternating magnetic field. Experimental results show that magnetic nano-microspheres containing As2O3 can be successfully prepared by this modified cold-condensation method. The result provides a theoretical and practical basis for further study of magnetic microspheres containing medicine and magnetic fluid hyperthermia.
