摘要:
针对传统城市交通规划目标与可持续发展的不协调性,提出了面向可持续发展的城市交通规划目标体系,该目标体系由道路网空间指标、交通质量指标、道路交通环境指标、资源消耗指标以及城市交通系统可持续发展保障体系等5类指标组成.对每个指标的定义和取值进行了分析,提出了道路网空间指标、交通质量指标、道路交通环境指标体系中主要指标的规划建议取值.
Abstract:
Aiming at the incompatibility between traditional urban traffic planning target and sustainable development idea, a target system of urban traffic planning towards the sustainable development is presented. The target system consists of five parts: road network space target, traffic quality target, traffic environment target, resource consuming target and urban traffic sustainable development guarantee system. The definition and quantization of each target are analyzed. The suggestion values of road network space targets, traffic quality targets and traffic environment targets are proposed.
