摘要:
将普通的预测控制优化方法与遗传算法的优化方法有机地融合起来,用遗传算法来监督整个优化过程.当由普通广义预测控制GPC所计算出的控制作用能满足受限条件时,就直接采用所算出的控制作用; 当由普通GPC获得的控制作用突破受限条件时,直接启动遗传优化算法,在约束范围内搜索控制作用的最优解.通过计算实例并与其他已有控制算法进行了详细的比较,其结果表明本文所提出的基于遗传监督的受限预测控制算法在控制系统品质、算法复杂性及实时性方面均具有明显的优点.
Abstract:
This paper integrates organically the optimal approaches of the conventional generalized predictive control and the genetic algorithm(GA), and supervises the whole optimization procedure by GA. If the control action calculated by conventional generalized predictive control(GPC)can satisfy the constrained conditions, the control action is directly used. Otherwise GA optimizing procedure is carried out, and the optimal control solution will be searched out in the constrained ranges. The paper compares the control algorithm with other available control algorithms. The results show that the constrained predictive control algorithm based on supervision of GA proposed in this paper has some advantages over the performance of control system, calculation complexities and real-time applications etc.
