摘要:
结合虚拟DCS系统仿真控制技术,探讨了电厂集散控制系统DCS、信息系统SIS和仿真系统SIM这三大实时系统互联应用的可行性.实现三大实时系统互联的关键是使真实DCS和虚拟DCS的I/O接口数据和组态数据一一对应.虚拟DCS通过智能编译和真实DCS系统达到同步更新,SIS系统和SIM系统利用数据库比较技术和实时通信技术进行数据连接.充分利用虚拟DCS技术的高度逼真性和开放性,实现了三大实时系统的实时互联,可以完成数据分析、模型校验和参数优化等高级仿真功能,扩大了虚拟DCS控制系统的应用范围,提升了应用层次和仿真品质.
Abstract:
Based on the simulation and control technology of the virtual DCS(distributed control system), the feasibility of the interconnecting application of three real-time systems—DCS, SIS(supervisory information system)and SIM(simulator system)in power plants is discussed. The key to carry out the system interconnection of three real-time systems is to make the I/O communication data and configuration data of both real and virtual DCS achieve one-to-one correspondence. By intelligently compiling configuration files, virtual and real DCS can be updated synchronously; data interconnection of SIS and SIM can be achieved by applying the technology of comparing database and real-time communication. The interconnection of three real-time systems can be achieved based on the high verisimilitude and openness of the visual DCS technology, and it can realize advanced simulation functions such as data analysis, model checkout, parameter optimization and so on. It enlarges the application range of virtual DCS, upgrades the application level and simulation quality.
