摘要:
介绍一种机群远程监测与故障诊断系统的构建.通过利用传感技术、无线数据传输、网络技术和故障诊断技术等,实现机群中各分散单机的远程监测与故障诊断,实现实时评估当前机群总体运行情况及各单机的运行状况,并将诊断结果以报告的形式通过网络传输给用户.系统数据由SQL Server 2000建构与维护,实现了数据的集中管理和机群信息的交换与共享.通过在某高速公路施工现场实验表明,系统有效地改善了工程机械运行状况,提高了施工机群的施工效率.该技术的运用开辟了网络技术与状态监测、故障诊断综合应用的新领域.
Abstract:
The structure of system on state monitoring and fault diagnosis of machinery fleet is introduced. Sensors, wireless communication, network technology and fault diagnosis technology are used to accomplish the status monitoring and fault diagnosis of separated equipment in the machinery fleet,on-line evaluate the status of the whole fleet and the detail of each equipment, meanwhile the diagnostic results can be conveyed to users as a report. All the databases are built and maintained by SQL Server 2000. Management and communication of database are accomplished. Through the use in a fleet of freeway construction, it is found that the system improves the working station of construction machinery effectively, enhances the efficiency of the fleet. A new area for comprehensive application of network and condition monitoring, fault diagnosis of construction machinery is developed.
