摘要:
采用非均匀成核法对BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)蓝色荧光粉进行了包膜处理.TEM分析结果表明,BAM蓝粉表面形成了一层连续均匀的γ-Al2O3包膜,通过XPS对包膜层与荧光粉之间的结合机制进行了分析.结果表明,经包膜处理后O1s谱峰的峰形没有发生变化,没有伴峰产生,Al2p峰位从未包膜时的74.404 9 eV降至了包膜后的73.606 7 eV,其化学位移为0.465 2 eV.这表明膜层与荧光粉基体之间是以化学吸附的形式结合在一起的.热劣化试验结果表明,包膜BAM蓝粉在经600 ℃灼烧后,相对亮度为85%,抗劣化性能得到了显著提高.
Abstract:
BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)phosphor was encapsulated by heterogeneous nucleation method. TEM analysis results indicate that a compact homogeneous γ-Al2O3 film form on the surface of BAM particles. The bonding mechanism between coating film and phosphor was studied through XPS. The results show that the shape of O1s spectrum does not change and no satellite peak is formed, and Al2p peak position descends from 74.404 9 eV to 73.606 7 eV after encapsulated with Al2O3, thus obtained a chemical displacement of 0.465 2 eV, which indicates that Al2O3 coating film combines with BAM in the form of chemical bond. Thermal degradation experiment results indicates that the property of resistance to thermal degradation of encapsulated BAM is enhanced obviously after baking at 600 ℃, meanwhile its relative luminance remains to be 85%.
