摘要:
使用高温固相反应法合成了BaAl12O19:Mn2+荧光粉,研究了Mg,Sr,Eu掺杂元素对荧光粉发光性能的影响.研究结果表明:Mg,Sr的掺杂明显改善了荧光粉的结晶状况,有效地改善了其在VUV激发下的发光性能; 随着Mg摩尔分数的增加,相对亮度先升高后降低,色品性能变优; 随着Sr摩尔分数的增加,亮度呈先升高再降低的趋势,色坐标变化不大; Eu的掺杂对BaAl12O19:Mn2+荧光粉的发光性能起不利影响,使发光亮度降低、色坐标变差,且使抗热劣化性能明显下降.
Abstract:
BaAl12O19:Mn2+ phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction method, and effect of Mg,Sr,Eu doping on the luminescent performance of the phosphor was studied. The results show that: crystallization of phosphor is improved obviously, and luminescent performance is increased with the doping of Mg and Sr; the relative brightness exhibits a tendency of low-high-low, and the color coordinates performance is better with the increase of Mg content; the relative brightness also exhibits a tendency of low-high-low, but the color coordinates change little with the increase of Sr content; the luminescent intensity and color coordinates performance are decreased with the doping of Eu, and the heat-resistant property is declined at the same time.
