摘要:
为了揭示锈蚀钢筋力学性能退化现象的本质,用锈后钢筋的最大截面损失率来表征其力学性能的变化.利用电化学快速锈蚀方法,获得了质量损失率在0~55%之间不同锈蚀程度的HRB335热轧钢筋.根据锈坑深度和残余截面周长的量测值及锈蚀形态,判断截面削弱最严重的位置,并估算出最大截面损失率,建立了锈蚀钢筋质量损失率与最大截面损失率之间的回归方程.通过静拉伸试验得到了锈蚀钢筋试件的名义强度值和断后延伸率.实验结果表明:锈蚀钢筋与未锈钢筋的名义强度比可近似取锈后钢筋的最大残余面积率,受锈坑应力集中的影响甚微; 锈蚀钢筋的断后延伸率随最大截面损失率呈指数下降,受锈坑应力集中的影响显著.模拟锈坑的有限元分析结果与实验结果相同.锈蚀钢筋的脆性化倾向可能导致的结构或构件脆性破坏在评估和加固锈后钢筋混凝土结构时应予以重视.
Abstract:
The maximum loss ratio of sectional area is used, instead of the loss ratio in weight, to express the mechanical properties of corroded reinforcement. Hot-rolled steel bars(HRB335)with different corrosion degrees from 0 to 55% in terms of weight loss are obtained by accelerated electrochemical corrosion method. The maximum loss ratio of sectional area is evaluated in terms of the measured corrosion pit depth, residual sectional perimeter and corrosion configuration. Hence, the relationship between the weight loss ratio and the maximum sectional loss ratio of corroded reinforcing bars is resulted. Results of pulling test reveal that the nominal strength ratio of corroded hot-rolled steel bar over uncorroded one is approximately equal to the ratio of maximum residual sectional area over the uncorroded one. And the rupture extension ratio of corroded hot-rolled steel bar is exponentially decreased with the maximum sectional loss ratio. The effect of stress concentration caused by corrosion pits has a significant influence on the decrease of rupture extension ratio but it is ignorable on the nominal strength ratio. The results of FEM(finite element method)analysis agree with the experimental ones. The tendency towards brittle failure in corroded reinforcement should be paid great attention when assessing or retrofitting reinforced concrete structures and members.
