摘要:
为了改善聚硅烷的发光性能,找到紫外区上聚硅烷吸收光和发射光的规律以及与其结构的关系,用二甲基二氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷和甲基苯基二氯硅烷合成了几种不同组成及结构的甲基/苯基共聚物聚硅烷,并研究了其红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、荧光光谱(FL)性质.探讨了聚硅烷组成和结构对紫外光谱和荧光光谱性质的影响.研究发现,随着取代基中苯基的含量逐渐增加,其紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱峰位置都呈波长逐渐增加的红移趋势.聚硅烷链的侧链组成对光谱性能起决定性影响,增加侧链中苯基的含量可以增加主链电子离域范围,从而使聚硅烷的紫外吸收和荧光发射光谱峰向长波移动.
Abstract:
In order to improve the application of polysilanes in optical-electronic industry, a series of methyl/phenyl substituted copolysilanes with different molecular composition and structure were synthesized and characterized by IR(infrared spectroscopy), and GPC(gel permeation chromatography). The influences of the composition and structure of the three polysilanes on their UV(ultraviolet)and fluorescence emission spectra were studied. The results show that polysilanes with more phenyl composition have longer peak wavelength in the UV and fluorescence emission spectra despite their differences in chain length. It is suggested that the UV and fluorescence spectra of polysilanes be mainly influenced by their substitution groups, and more phenyl substitution increase the electron delocalization degree of polysilanes, thus cause the red-shift in the UV and fluorescence emission spectra.
