摘要:
为提高物流中心规划和建设的有效性,针对物流中心建设序列问题的多阶段多指标决策实质,以熵权和理想解法为基础,结合Delphi法和灰色关联法提出了一个物流中心建设序列的多阶段多指标决策模型:首先利用Delphi法确定各阶段内建设项目的指标值,然后采用熵权法求出各阶段内指标权重; 其次应用理想解法和灰色关联法对各阶段内建设项目进行综合评价,再通过集成各阶段的评价结果确定物流中心项目的建设序列.最后应用实际案例验证了该模型能有效地解决物流中心建设序列的多阶段多指标决策问题.
Abstract:
In order to improve the availability of the logistics centers planning and constructing, focused on the essence to sequence the logistics centers projects of the multiple stage and multiple attribute decision making, one model of the multiple stage and multiple attribute is proposed, which is combined with Delphi and grey relational analysis based on the methodologies of the entropy weighting and TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to solution). This model including two main steps: firstly, to confirm the value of the attributes for every stage by using Delphi, then to computer the weight of the attributes according to the methodology of the entropy weighting; secondly, to evaluate wholly the logistics centers projects by applying for the methods of TOPSIS and grey relational analysis, then to decide the building list of the logistics centers projects by integrating the all evaluation results for every stage. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the system, which provides an effective method to solve the multiple stage and multiple attribute evaluation in the decision making of sequencing the logistics centers.
