摘要:
分析了基于WPAN的语音通信系统(VoWPAN)的优点,设计并研制了应用在石油井场的VoWPAN系统.该系统包括音频网关和语音终端2部分,能够提供音频网关到语音终端之间点到点、点到多点的无线语音通信.通过采用高密度封装的蓝牙模块和集成化的设计,减小了系统的尺寸.针对语音终端待机时间短的问题,采用休眠模式、减小扫描窗长度、增大扫描间隔、关闭主机接口等措施,降低了功耗.通过分离音频网关的主机和射频前端,简化了天线的设计难度,降低了成本,克服了某些场合的屏蔽效应.采用规范的蓝牙通信协议,可以与普通的蓝牙产品兼容.经测试,系统的通信距离可达100 m.该系统已成功应用于国内许多油田的井场控制.
Abstract:
Benefits from voice over wireless personal area network(WPAN)are analyzed. A voice over WPAN(VoWPAN)communication system is designed and developed for the application in oil exploitation spots. Including audio gateway and voice terminals, the proposed system can provide point-to-point or point-to-multipoint voice connections between the audio gateway and voice terminals. By using Bluetooth module with high-density package and integrate design, the dimension of the system is reduced obviously. As to the problem of short work time, it is proposed to enable sleep mode, minimize the length of scan windows, optimize the length of scan intervals and disable all host interfaces, which can lower current consumption of voice terminals. By separating the RF part from the host of audio gateway, the complexity and the cost of antenna design can be reduced and shielding effect can be overcome. Because the system is designed on the basis of universal Bluetooth communication protocols, the ordinary Bluetooth products can be compatible with the system. The testing results show that the distance of system communication can reach up to 100 m. This system has applied in many oil fields for well controlling.
