Abstract:
The two order cyclic staticstic is analyzed, and the producing cause of intersectional item is researched. With the cyclostationarity property of rotating machinery fault signal, empirical mode decomposition(EMD)is applied to the analysis of vibration signal of rotating machine and the issue of interferential items in the method of cyclostationarity is figured out. Through theory deduction simulation and the test of real data, as well as a comparison with the original method, empirical mode decomposition with cyclic stationary can identify the fault attribute, avoid disturbing items, and improve the application capability in the fault diagnosis of rotor machinery.
