摘要:
基于Rob Cross等对定制化、模块化和程序化3种客户需求响应网络的特征分析,运用所提出的基于节点行为影响度测度的关键节点确定方法.对3种网络的客户需求响应过程分别进行了仿真研究,发现导致3种网络具有不同关键节点分布特征的主要因素分别为:客户需求特征和节点知识属性、节点的角色和行为、节点所处的结构和行为.基于节点行为影响度测度的关键节点确定方法和以节点中心度为衡量指标的关键节点确定方法相比,具有更好的适用性.
Abstract:
Based on Rob Cross’s analysis of customized response network, modular response network and routine response network, a method by measuring nodes’ behavior influence degree is put forward to find out the key nodes of networks responding to customer demand. The processes of these networks responding to customer demand are simulated. And the key nodes’ distributing characteristics of these networks are studied. It is concluded that different networks have different dominant factors of the key nodes’ distributing characteristics. To customized response network, the factors are the characteristics of customer demands and nodes’ knowledge properties. While to the modular response network, they are nodes’ roles and their behavior. And to the routine response network, they are the network structure and nodes’ behavior. Compared with the key nodes appraising method only by measuring nodes’ central degree, the method by measuring nodes’ behavior influence degree has a better applicability.
