摘要:
考虑单供应商和单销售商组成的简单供应链模式,在需求不确定且与努力水平具有相关性的前提下,建立了数量柔性契约模型.由于销售商实施努力的过程中需要付出相应成本,证明了此时传统的数量柔性契约无法实现供应链协作.通过在传统的数量柔性契约中引入供应商共担努力成本这一措施,使供应链恢复到协作状态.并给出了问题的优化方法,确定了最优的供应链契约参数.最后,通过数值分析的手段对分散模式和协作模式进行了分析比较.
Abstract:
A simple supply chain with one-supplier and one-retailer is considered. Under the conditions that demand is uncertain and dependent on retailer’s effort, a model of quantity flexibility contract is set up. Since a retailer needs to spend corresponding cost when he makes effort, the traditional quantity flexibility contract is proven not to coordinate the supply chain any more. But by adding the effort cost sharing to the traditional quantity flexibility contract, the coordination of supply chain is restored. The optimal procedure is given, and the optimal supply chain contracts parameters are determined. Finally, the numerical analysis methods are employed to compare the decentralized model with the collaborative model.
