摘要:
为了评价浸渍沥青的聚酯玻纤布的防反射性能和延缓沥青加铺层的反射裂缝,对已开裂的半刚性基层沥青路面建立的有限元模型进行了有限元力学分析.根据力学计算分析的结果和相关文献,设计了荷载型反射裂缝室内模拟模型.利用模拟模型,分别对是否采用聚酯玻纤布或玻纤格栅的AC-20Ⅰ普通沥青混合料和AC-20ⅠSBS改性沥青混合料进行弯拉型和剪切型反射裂缝模拟试验,并分析比较了不同试件的防反射能力.结果表明,聚酯玻纤布与沥青混凝土复合试件的抗裂能力较纯试件和玻纤格栅的试件优.通过力学计算设计的室内模型能较好地模拟荷载型反射裂缝和评价不同混合料的抗反射裂缝能力; 聚酯玻纤布能有效地延缓反射裂缝的出现,从而延长沥青加铺层的使用寿命.
Abstract:
In order to delay reflective cracking on asphalt overlays on the old pavement and evaluate the performance of the fiberglass-polyester paving mat embedded asphalt, a finite element analysis model based on asphalt pavement, of which the semi-rigid base has cracked, is established. According to the result of pavement mechanics analysis and some literatures, a reflective cracking simulation model is designed. Two types of mixture were used, i.e., AC-20Ⅰ asphalt mixture and AC-20Ⅰ modified asphalt mixture with and without fiberglass-polyester paving mat or geogrid. The reflective cracking resistance of different test samples were compared. The result shows that the reflective cracking resistance of the samples with fiberglass/polyester mat is better than that of the samples with geogrid or nothing mixed. The model designed through finite element analysis can simulate the reflective cracking caused by load and evaluate the reflective cracking resistance of different asphalt mixtures. The asphalt mixtures with the fiberglass-polyester paving mat can mitigate and delay reflective cracking effectively and prolong the life of asphalt overlays.
