摘要:
为了研究周边支承的现浇混凝土蜂窝式空心双向板的受力与变形性能,进行了竖向均布荷载作用下4 m×4 m柱网、板名义厚度为90 mm的模型试验,并用弹性有限元法对试验模型进行了分析.试验结果表明,该板受力的全过程可分为未裂、带裂缝工作和破坏3个阶段.边梁跨中位置处板的顶面首先开裂,随后中心位置处板的下面出现裂缝.钢筋的屈服顺序为先支座负弯矩钢筋,后跨中的正弯矩钢筋.板在破坏前,底面的裂缝发展很充分,显示了板具有很好的塑性变形性能,板最后的破坏机构完全符合塑性铰线理论,并有足够的承载力.有限元分析结果表明,板在未裂阶段的理论变形与试验观测结果符合很好.建议现浇混凝土蜂窝式空心板可参照弹性薄板理论进行分析.
Abstract:
To explore the mechanical behavior of cellular voided two-way cast-in-situ concrete plates supported by edge members,tests of specimen with 4 m×4 m column span and 90 mm slab thickness under uniformly load were conducted and elastic finite element analysis on the test specimen was carried out. Test results show that the whole deforming history of the plate can be divided into three stages, i.e. no cracking stage,cracking stage and collapse stage. The first crack appears at the top surface of the plate beside the middle inner sides of edge beams, then cracks appear at the center of the plate on the bottom side. Steel bars in the top side of the plate yield firstly,then yield the bottom bars. Before the collapse stage,cracks develop fully and the plate exhibits well plastic performance. The collapse mechanism accords well with plastic-line theory and the plate can hold sufficient loading. Elastic finite element analysis shows that theoretical results accord well with test results. Suggestion that cellular voided plate can be analyzed by elastic plate theory is proposed.
