摘要:
为了解采用叠合技术进行改造的旧混凝土板梁桥的叠合面受力性能,以便对叠合面进行合理的技术处理,分析了新老混凝土收缩徐变和温度差异、二期恒载和活载等荷载因素对叠合面剪应力的影响,推导了计算公式,阐明了叠合面剪应力的分布特性,并与粗糙度及粘结剂等抗力因素提供的抗剪能力进行了计算对比.结果表明剪应力在支点区域较大,跨中较小,采用人工凿毛处理的叠合面理论上可不配置抗剪钢筋,就能保证叠合式板梁桥的整体工作性能.
Abstract:
In order to comprehend the stress behavior of combined interface of laminated concrete plate-girder bridge and dispose the combined interface reasonally, the influence of shrinkage-creep of new-to-old concrete, temperature difference, two-stage dead load, live load and other load factors to the shear stress of combined interface were analyzed, and the calculating method was deduced. The distributing characteristics of shear stress of combined interface were clarified and compared with the shear stress resulting from roughness, binder and other resistance factors by calculating. The results show that the shear stress is biggish in the fulcrum area and less in the mid-span. Theoretically there is no need to place shear resistant steel-bar on artificial chiseling combined interface to assure the whole working-performance of laminated plate-girder bridge.
