摘要:
为了研究对比PVA纤维、玻璃纤维、钢纤维水泥基复合材料和高强(钢纤维)混凝土的韧性,采用楔入劈拉法利用荷载与裂缝张口位移曲线(P-WCMOD)下包围的面积值并考虑夹具影响后水平外力做的总功作为评价指标进行对比.实验结果表明:水泥基体发生脆性断裂,从加载到试件破坏P-WCMOD曲线一直呈线性; 高强(钢纤维)混凝土和钢纤维、玻璃纤维水泥基复合材料发生半脆性断裂,P-WCMOD曲线在峰值荷载附近有较小的非线性区; 而在PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA-FRCCs)中观察到韧性断裂,在P-WCMOD曲线中出现明显的假应变硬化现象; 脆性和半脆性材料的试件从起裂到破坏,预制缝端部仅出现一条裂缝,且最终沿这条裂缝贯通,对于PVA-FRCCs,预制缝端出现多条细小裂缝,并最终沿着主裂缝贯通.比较几种材料的水平外力总功值可知,PVA-FRCCs韧性最好,钢纤维混凝土次之,钢纤维水泥基复合材料稍差,玻璃纤维水泥基复合材料最差.
Abstract:
The toughness of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber, glass fiber and steel fiber reinforced cementious composites, high strength concrete and high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete from wedge splitting experiment are discussed and compared in terms of the total work done by horizontal load which is composed of the enclosed area of horizontal load-crack mouth opening displacement curve concerning the gravity of clamp. The results show that brittle fracture occurs in matrix and the P-WCMOD(crack mouth opening displacement)curve is linear till loading to failure. Quasi-brittle fracture occurs in high strength(steel fiber reinforced)concrete and steel fiber, glass fiber reinforced cementitious composites their P-WCMOD curves show a short non-linear zone near the peak load. However, ductile fracture can be observed in PVA fiber reinforced cementitous composites(PVA-FRCCs)and their P-WCMOD curves show apparent pseudo strain-hardening phenomenon. For brittle and quasi-brittle materials, there is only one crack which penetrate the specimen starting from the notch tip. For ductile materials, multiple microcracks generate at the initial crack tip and then a main crack forms and penetrates the specimen. By comparing the total work done by horizontal load. It can be concluded that the toughness of PVA-FRCCs is the best, followed with steel fiber reinforced concrete, steel fiber reinforced cementitious composites and the last is glass fiber reinforced cementitious composites.
