摘要:
研究了树脂吸附法处理甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)加氢还原生产废水的工艺过程.结果表明,NDA-8吸附树脂对该废水具有良好的吸附-脱附效果.经树脂吸附处理,废水中主要污染物2,4-二氨基甲苯和2,6-二氨基甲苯均得到完全去除,COD由6 300 mg/L降为150 mg/L以下,达到国家二级排放标准,采用稀盐酸可实现树脂的完全再生,高浓度脱附液经调碱和结晶,可回收2,4-二氨基甲苯和2,6-二氨基甲苯.
Abstract:
The polymeric resin NDA-8 was employed to treat the industrial wastewater from hydrogenated deoxidization process in tolylene diisocyanate(TDI)production and good performance of adsorption and desorption was shown. After adsorption process the two main pollutants in the wastewater, 2,4-diaminomethylbenzene and 2,6-diaminomethylbenzene, can be removed completely. The concentration of COD in the wastewater and the treated effluent are about 6 000 mg/L and less than 150 mg/L, respectively, which meets the national second standard. Meanwhile, dilute hydrochloric acid can be used as a solvent for complete regeneration of the spent adsorbent, and 2,4-diaminomethylbenzene and 2,6-diaminomethylbenzene can be recovered by the basification, crystallization and separation of the desorption solution.
