摘要:
介绍了研发的多点交替进水五箱一体式活性污泥工艺,在工艺脱氮除磷效能试验的基础上,对通过反应器内氮磷物质的监测实现工艺阶段转换的实时控制进行了基础研究.试验结果表明,工艺具有良好的脱氮除磷效能.主体阶段1时各反应池的氮磷曲线显示,当进水端缺氧池的硝态氮降至0.5 mg/L,厌氧池中的TP上升速率低于0.15 mg/(L·h),好氧池的TP下降速率低于0.15 mg/(L·h)时,认为反应器完成了本阶段的设计功能,应转入下一阶段.
Abstract:
The commutative multi-influent activated sludge process with five tanks(CMASPFT)is introduced. The experimental study on the capability of the CMASPFT in biological nutrient(nitrogen and phosphorus)removal was conducted, and the fundamentals of realizing real-time control of phase diversion by in situ nutrient monitoring was investigated. The experimental results indicate that the process has good performance in wastewater treatment. The curve of nitrogen and phosphorus in the first phase shows that when nitrate in the anoxic tank near influent drops down to 0.5 mg/L, the increase rate of total phosphorus(TP)in anaerobic tank is under 0.15 mg/(L·h), and the decrease rate of TP in the aerobic tank is under 0.15 mg/(L·h), the function is finished in this phase, and phase diversion should be implemented.
