摘要:
为了有效降低双定子永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩,用改变内外定子相对位置的方法使内外定子齿槽转矩形成一定的相位差.针对双定子永磁同步电机,推导了内外定子及其合成齿槽转矩的解析表达式,分析了内外定子相对位置变化对合成齿槽转矩的影响规律,着重研究了合成齿槽转矩幅值与内外定子相对位置的关系,最后用有限元方法进行了仿真验证.研究表明,双定子永磁同步电机的合成齿槽转矩幅值随内外定子相对位置呈余弦变化,周期与电机极数和定子槽数的最小公倍数有关.选择合适的内外定子相对位置,可有效地削弱齿槽转矩.
Abstract:
In order to reduce the cogging torque in dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous machine,certain phase difference of cogging torque of dual stators is built by changing the relative angle between dual stators. The expression of cogging torque is deduced on dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous machine, and the influence rules of the resulting cogging torque are analyzed with the change of relative angle between dual stators. The relation between cogging torque amplitude and the relative angle between dual stators is investigated. Finally, simulation verification is conducted based on finite element method. The analysis shows that the cogging torque amplitude in dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous machine varies with relative angle as a cosine curve, and its period is in relation with the least common multiple of pole number and slot number. The cogging torque can be reduced efficiently by suitable selection of the relative angle between dual stators.
