摘要:
为解决推挽变换器中存在的开关管电压应力高,难以实现软开关,关断时会导致整流二极管产生很高的电压尖峰等问题,提出了一种电压箝位零电压开关推挽三电平变换器.对该变换器采用移相控制可使得超前管依靠滤波电感的能量、滞后管利用谐振电感的能量实现零电压开关,同时加入的箝位电路可使输出整流二极管后的电压尖峰得到消除,改善了输出整流二极管的工作条件.由于加入了谐振电感造成副边有一定的占空比丢失,给出了计算公式.最后分别给出了开关管实现零电压开关的实验波形及变换器效率曲线.
Abstract:
To solve the problem such as higher voltage stress, difficult to realize soft-switching, and the voltage spike after the output rectifier, a new topology of voltage clamping zero-voltage-switching push-pull three-level converter is proposed. With the phase-shifted modulation strategy, the leading switches can realize zero-voltage-switching using the energy of the filter inductor, and the lagging switches can do so using the energy of the resonant inductor. With clamp circuit, the spike after output rectifier can be eliminated, thus the work condition of the output rectifier is ameliorated. The method of calculating the duty ratio loss because of the clamp circuit is proposed. The experimental wave of the switches realizing zero-voltage-switching and the efficiency curve are given.
