摘要:
以负压Pico磁头作为物理模型,模拟了磁头在磁盘半径方向寻轨时,磁头径向速度、斜角值的改变对磁头压强的分布和气膜承载力的影响.采用多重网格法求解修正的气体润滑雷诺方程,对磁头径向速度对气膜承载力的影响进行了分析,最后对磁头的寻轨过程进行了模拟.模拟结果表明:气膜承载力对磁头径向速度非常敏感; 斜角效应使得气膜承载力减小; 磁头寻轨时,气膜承载力在内轨道和外轨道均有明显波动,导致头盘碰撞几率增大.
Abstract:
Negative pressure Pico slider was selected as the simulating model. The transformation of the pressure distribution and the air bearing force under the collective effect of radial velocity and skew angle was investigated during seeking process. Using the multi-grid method, the gas lubrication Reynolds equation was solved. The seeking process was simulated. The result shows that the air bearing force is very sensitive to the radial velocity and the skew angle decreases the force a lot. The air bearing force fluctuates at both the outer and inner diameter which results in an increase of probability of the head disk contact.
