摘要:
在一台0.1 MW加压喷动流化床煤气化炉上,维持气化温度 940 ℃,静止床层高度300 mm,气化风量9 m3/h、蒸汽量1.7 kg/h、给煤量4.56 kg/h等参数不变,测定了煤和气化产物中Co,Mn,Cr,V,Se,Hg,As,Ni,Cd,Cu,Zn,Pb 等12种痕量元素含量,研究了气化压力对痕量元素迁移规律的影响.结果表明:加压有利于改善煤气品质; 在旋风焦中,Cr,As,Ni,Cd,Cu,Zn,Pb富集, Co,V,Se,Hg耗散,随着气化压力的增加,Cr,Cd,Zn,Pb的地球化学富集因子(MGEF)减小,As,Ni,Cu的MGEF增加,Co,V,Se,Hg的MGEF基本不变; 在底渣中,所有痕量元素均耗散,随着气化压力的增加,Cd,Zn,Pb的MGEF增加,Co,As,Cu的MGEF减少,V,Se,Ni的MGEF基本保持不变; 在煤气中,随着气化压力的增加,Co,As,Cu含量总体上呈增加的趋势.
Abstract:
The effect of gasification pressure on the occurrence of trace elements in a 0.1MW pressured spout-fluid bed has been studied in detail, with a gasification temperature of 940 ℃, static bed height of 300 mm, air flow rate of 9 m3/h, steam feed rate of 1.7 kg/h, coal feed rate of 4.56 kg/h. The concentration of 12 trace elements(Co, Mn, Cr, V, Se, Hg, As, Ni, Cd, Cu, Zn and Pb)in coal and gasification products(cyclone char, bottom ash and coal gas)were measured quantitatively. The results can be summarized as follows: coal gasification performance is improved by elevated pressure. In the cyclone char, Cr, As, Ni, Cd, Cu, Zn and Pb are enriched and Co, V, Se and Hg are depleted. As the gasification pressure increases, the modified geochemical enrichment factors(MGEFs)of Cr, Cd, Zn and Pb decrease and the MGEFs of As, Ni and Cu increase in the cyclone char. The gasification pressure has little effect on the MGEFs of Co, V, Se and Hg in the cyclone char. In the bottom ash, all of trace elements are depleted. As the gasification pressure increases, the MGEFs of Cd, Zn and Pb increase and the MGEFs of Co, As and Cu decrease in the bottom ash. The gasification pressure has little effect on the MGEFs of V, Se and Ni in the bottom ash. The concentration of Co, As and Cu in coal gas are enhanced with increasing of gasification pressure.
